AI Systems Orchestration Manager
Job Summary
Leading the charge in autonomous systems and go-to-market technology, the full-time remote AI Systems Orchestration Manager will own the strategy, architecture, and deployment of modern AI technologies, specifically Salesforce Agentforce, to enhance operational speed and automate customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents, designing, building, testing, deploying, and optimizing agent flows for improved customer journeys
- Strategize and architect Data360 and Snowflake integration layers to create high-fidelity Unified Customer Profiles for real-time context powering Agentforce
- Establish governance and safety measures for AI agents, ensuring compliance with security policies and testing against adversarial prompts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration
- Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment, preferably Salesforce Agentforce
- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and agentic logic design
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake and Data360, along with API integrations
- Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/Systems certifications preferred
