AI Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time AI Talent Acquisition Lead will own full-cycle recruiting across various functions, partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, and design AI-powered workflows to enhance the recruiting process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance across diverse roles
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of candidates
• Design and improve AI-powered workflows throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record
• Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred
• Demonstrated use of AI tools as a regular part of the recruiting workflow
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools
• Strong instincts for candidate quality and culture fit
