Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI - First Talent Recruiter to lead candidate screening and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 15 to 30-minute Zoom screens to advance top candidates and reject others
• Execute 10 - 20 personalized outbound touches per role daily, utilizing various tools
• Maintain a values-based rubric and log all activities in Gusto ATS, providing regular updates on hiring metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth SaaS or agency environments
• Experience with AI recruiting operations beyond basic tools, including automated processes and candidate ranking
• Proven ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously with measurable results
• Continuous learner with evidence of upskilling through courses or projects
• Data fluency, particularly in funnel analytics; familiarity with Sheets/SQL is a plus
