AI Team Lead

Job Summary

To design, guide, and scale production-grade GenAI systems across the product ecosystem, the full-time remote AI Team Lead will architect scalable AI solutions, lead the development of agentic AI systems, and optimize model performance while mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GenAI systems for content generation and business intelligence, defining architecture patterns and reusable AI system components
• Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and task management, ensuring reliable outputs
• Guide the optimization of RAG pipelines and model selection, defining metrics for quality and performance evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall engineering, AI, ML, or data product experience, with 3+ years focused on GenAI or LLM-powered systems
• Strong hands-on experience with production GenAI systems and familiarity with major LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI or Hugging Face
• Experience designing evaluation methods for AI outputs and familiarity with tools for quality measurement
• Strong Python skills and awareness of deployment practices including REST APIs and cloud platforms
• Ability to guide a small team and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
