AI Tech Lead

Job Summary

Stepping into a hands-on leadership role, the AI Tech Lead will drive the successful delivery of next-generation AI experiences for a high-impact marketing website, managing the integration of conversational AI and intelligent widgets while working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high-level AI architecture into detailed technical designs and production-ready solutions
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI features, including chatbots and personalized digital journeys
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into CMS-driven environments, focusing on Drupal and Google Cloud Platform

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in AI solution delivery within web, digital, or martech settings
• Agentic AI experience with conversational bots and AI-enabled widgets
• Deep expertise embedding AI into CMS platforms, especially Drupal
• Advanced proficiency in developing and deploying cloud-based AI solutions, preferably on GCP
• Strong software engineering skills, including system design and API integration
