Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead for a remote contract position, this role will set the technical direction for a fast-moving AI build team, write production-grade code, and transform innovative ideas into real-world applications.
Key responsibilities
- Set the technical direction and own the architecture of AI-powered applications from prototype to production
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python
- Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor other engineers
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong core JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Practical experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews
- Proven experience building effective AI agents using industry-standard frameworks
