AI Technical Coach
Job Summary
To lead the AI transformation within the engineering community, the contract AI Technical Coach will develop training curricula, mentor developers in AI-driven orchestration, and design career migration paths, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance proficiency in Claude Code and AI integration
- Facilitate the transition from manual coding to AI orchestration through hands-on training and community engagement
- Collaborate with the OCM team to create role-specific career paths for developers in an AI-augmented environment
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle with a focus on leading senior engineering teams
- Demonstrable proficiency in Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- Extensive experience with modern tech stacks such as Java Spring Boot and React
- Practical experience with GitHub Actions and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management and building communities of practice
