Job Summary
As a Senior AI Technical Lead in a hybrid work environment, the candidate will design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive AI adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client business processes and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for AI solutions
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture, including model selection and data ingestion strategies
- Lead global engineering teams in implementing AI engineering best practices and ensuring successful project execution
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
- Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and related frameworks
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and data integration patterns
- Experience designing AI systems with observability, governance, and security
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or comparable cloud-based AI platforms
