AI Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To build a high-performing team, the full-time AI Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for roles spanning AI research scientists to computational biologists, working remotely while developing candidate pipelines and conducting technical screenings.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking within the AI and biotech communities
• Design and improve screening frameworks and interview processes to efficiently identify exceptional talent

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on AI/ML, research, or engineering roles
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing niche technical talent in competitive markets
• Technical fluency in AI/ML to credibly screen research candidates and assess their qualifications
• Familiarity with the AI/ML research community, including key conferences and publication venues
• Experience with startup compensation structures, including equity and competitive offer positioning
