AI Technology Operations Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations AI/Technology Contractor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify operational pain points and efficiency opportunities, translating them into deployable tools
• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards for key metrics and performance indicators
• Support IT systems by managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with IT partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools and workflows, particularly in operations or process improvement
• Experience building dashboards in tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Prior involvement in supporting IT systems in an operations context, including configuration and user support
