AI Technology Operations Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations AI/Technology Contractor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document operational pain points and translate them into deployable tools
• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Support IT systems administration and collaborate cross-functionally to propose tool-based solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools and structured prompt/workflow assets
• Experience building dashboards in tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Prior involvement supporting IT systems in an operations or business context
