Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and product performance, the full-time AI Technology Support Engineer will provide technical support for AI products and services, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for AI products, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to AI algorithms, model deployment, and system integration
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to improve AI system performance and functionality
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Three years of experience in a technical support or engineering role focused on AI technologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • US Citizenship is required
