AI Testing Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the implementation of testing standards and practices, the full-time remote AI Testing Automation Engineer will define and scale testing approaches across the organization, focusing on integrating AI-assisted testing and ensuring reliable automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and design the end-to-end testing implementation, including standards and execution methods
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted testing tools and frameworks while providing hands-on support to engineering teams
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve test reliability and metrics

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or quality engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation across multiple layers (API, service, UI)
• Experience building and scaling test frameworks and automation practices
• Familiarity with modern testing tools and approaches (e.g., Playwright, Karate)
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams
