AI Tooling Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on building AI-powered tools, the full-time remote AI Tooling Engineer will collaborate with various teams to identify operational challenges and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and adoption across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize operational problems to solve using AI tools in collaboration with executive leadership
• Develop and ship internal tools and automations that improve workflows for teams in operations, customer success, and finance
• Engage with non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and drive the adoption of newly built tools

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building software backend services, internal tools, or API-driven applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
• Experience building applications with LLMs, such as agents or prompt-driven tools
• Ability to integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and SaaS solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
