AI Tooling Engineer

Job Summary

To drive innovation in operational efficiency, the full-time remote AI Tooling Engineer will build AI-powered tools and automations, collaborating closely with various teams to identify and address manual workflows, while ensuring rapid deployment and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI agents and automations to streamline internal processes across operations, customer success, and finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tools that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Iterate on tools based on user feedback, ensuring they are actively used and meet the evolving demands of the business

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building software backend services, internal tools, or API-driven applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
• Experience in developing applications with LLMs, such as agents or prompt-driven tools
• Ability to integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and SaaS tools
• Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders and drive tool adoption
