Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineering AI & Tooling Specialist, Member Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows and feedback loops to improve member experience
• Analyze member feedback and own initiatives to reduce resolution times
• Incorporate machine learning and automation into support workflows and partner with teams for effective implementation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Experience Technology or AI tooling with ownership of tools at scale
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI-based support workflows and performance evaluation
• Experience defining and tracking AI tooling KPIs for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with enterprise support platforms and project management tools
