Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Trainer and Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training and change management products to support AI integration in software solutions
• Independently manage the training and change management workstream, including project schedules and deliverables
• Create client-facing strategic communications and change management materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of eight years of experience in drafting strategic communications and change management materials
• At least five years of experience in developing and delivering IT systems training
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
• Experience in independently managing project deadlines and deliverables
