Job Summary

Owning the training and change management workstream, the contract-to-hire AI Trainer and Change Management Specialist will design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products to support the integration of AI-enabled software solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training and change management activities for AI software integration
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet deadlines
  • Develop client-facing strategic communications and change management materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in drafting client-facing strategic communications or change management materials
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and delivering IT systems training
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams or equivalent webinar platforms
