AI Trainer and Educator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote AI Trainer and Educator, the successful candidate will lead client transformations by teaching individuals at all levels how to effectively integrate AI into their daily work, while also adapting training methodologies based on client needs and emerging best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client transformations through a structured adoption system, ensuring alignment and sustained adoption
• Serve as the strategic quarterback for complex client engagements, combining consulting, coaching, and project management
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership to develop actionable AI transformation strategies

Required qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a strong understanding of their business applications
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
• Experience in designing or delivering training and educational programs
• Natural ability to foster rapport and create a psychologically safe learning environment
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the AI field
