Job Summary

A company is looking for an English (U.S. Native) AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote, Hourly Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality content, including prompts and voice samples, for AI learning
• Annotate and classify documents to support AI training datasets
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, and cultural appropriateness

Required Qualifications

• Native speaker of American English born and raised in the United States
• Strong editorial judgment regarding tone, punctuation, and cultural nuance
• Ability to identify and explain corrections for meaning drift and inconsistencies
• Experience in fact-checking localized content using reliable sources
• Self-directed with the ability to deliver consistent quality across time zones
