AI Trainer and Evaluator

Job Summary

Supporting AI data and language projects, the hourly contractor AI Trainer and Evaluator will work remotely on a flexible basis, focusing on content generation, data annotation, and evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high-quality prompts and model responses or record voice samples to guide AI learning
• Label, classify, and structure documents to support AI training datasets
• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, and cultural nuances

Required qualifications

• Native speaker of American English born and raised in the United States
• Excellent editorial judgment regarding tone, punctuation, and cultural nuance
• Ability to identify meaning drift, ambiguity, and locale inconsistencies
• Experience in fact-checking localized content using reliable sources
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to maintain quality across time zones
