Job Summary
Supporting diverse AI data and language projects, the hourly contractor AI Trainer and Evaluator will work remotely to generate content, annotate data, and evaluate AI responses for accuracy and cultural relevance.
Key responsibilities
- Generate high-quality prompts and model responses, or record voice samples for AI learning
- Label, classify, and structure documents to support AI training datasets
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, and cultural appropriateness
Required qualifications
- Native speakers of American English born and raised in the United States
- Excellent editorial judgment in register, tone, and cultural nuance
- Ability to identify and explain corrections for meaning drift and locale inconsistencies
- Strong fact-checking skills using reliable sources
- Reliable, self-directed, and responsive across time zones
