AI Trainer Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a First-Line Supervisor of Entertainment and Recreation Services - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to the entertainment and recreation field and provide structured feedback
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect workplace tasks and language
• Work independently and flexibly on various AI research projects as they become available

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in entertainment or recreation services
• Experience in analyzing personnel or operational data and preparing related reports
• Ability to assign work schedules and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Experience in planning and developing programs, events, and activity schedules
• Capability to train staff on operational procedures and organizational policies
