Seeking a full-time AI Training & Enablement Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive AI learning and adoption system, ensuring employees transition from awareness to confident use of AI tools in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage Giga's company-wide AI learning and enablement roadmap tailored for various employee roles
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops and training sessions that facilitate the practical use of AI in daily operations
- Produce engaging instructional materials, including videos and job aids, to enhance employee understanding and application of AI tools
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to teach complex technology through various formats such as live facilitation, video, and written materials
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows, including examples of personal contributions to automation or reusable workflows
- Proven track record of changing behavior and sustaining adoption of new technologies in a business environment
- Exceptional facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from frontline workers to executives
- Strong content judgment with the ability to create and maintain accurate, relevant instructional materials
