AI Training Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the Software Engineer (AI Training) will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs to enhance the capabilities of AI coding assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
• Clear written communicator with the ability to explain technical decisions in plain language
