AI Training Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the Software Engineer (AI Training) will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs to improve their accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
