Job Summary

A company is looking for a Self-Help AI Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Train AI models in the domain of expertise by crafting and answering questions
Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
Assess the factual accuracy and relevance of text produced by AI models

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, cognitive science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in self-help coaching, counseling, or related disciplines
Strong knowledge of self-help techniques and mental wellness
Passion for self-help, personal growth, and empowering individuals
Professional writing experience or knowledge in Health and Wellness subfields is a plus
