Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Training Specialist (Full Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI tools
• Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in training, L&D, enablement, or change management
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and familiarity with generative tools
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and adapt messaging across functions
• Empathy-driven approach to understanding user challenges
• Adaptability to keep pace with rapid AI developments and evolve training materials
