AI Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the company's AI strategy and execution, the full-time hybrid AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst will evaluate and implement AI-driven tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and customer success operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and rollout AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and ensure measurable impact
• Collaborate with product management to design and implement AI-powered product features from concept to delivery
• Support go-to-market and customer success operations by developing AI-assisted workflows and insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and generative AI platforms in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Proven track record of implementing AI-driven tools or launching AI-powered product capabilities
• Strong understanding of LLMs, ML frameworks, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure)
• Experience working cross-functionally with product management and engineering operations
• Excellent program management and stakeholder alignment skills
