Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Transformation Change & Adoption Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior change practitioner, translating business strategy into people-centered approaches
• Leads complex internal activation efforts and synthesizes learnings to inform change recommendations
• Gathers and analyzes input from stakeholders to generate actionable insights and develops executive-ready artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience
• OR equivalent experience
• Preferred: Master's Degree in related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of relevant experience
• Experience driving AI transformation within a technology or consulting environment
• Hands-on experience in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
