• Work with teams to identify AI tooling opportunities and design processes for sustainable adoption
• Facilitate the transition from AI experimentation to genuine integration within teams
• Collaborate with leadership to implement the company's AI strategy and address coordination gaps

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an organizational change practitioner across multiple teams
• Ability to learn new technical domains quickly and work credibly with engineering teams
• Experience in designing and evolving team processes
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their impact on team dynamics
• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
