Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Transformation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Present AI transformation strategies to VP and C-level audiences during customer engagements
• Deliver thought leadership at industry events and customer summits, enhancing the company's position in AI-driven customer experience
• Build hands-on demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to illustrate the company's vision during customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Strategy, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of the modern AI landscape including large language models and agentic AI
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms and their integration into contact center ecosystems
• Solid grasp of the customer experience and contact center domain
• Proven ability to engage with VP and C-level audiences and deliver executive-level presentations
