Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Present AI transformation strategies to VP+ and C-level audiences during customer engagements
• Deliver thought leadership at industry events, enhancing the company's reputation in AI-driven customer experience
• Develop hands-on demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to illustrate the practical application of AI technologies

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Strategy, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models and agentic AI
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms and their integration into customer experience ecosystems
• Solid grasp of customer experience and contact center dynamics, including AI's impact on the industry
• Proven ability to engage with executive-level audiences and deliver compelling presentations
