Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to lead client engagements and drive AI workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AI workforce transformation engagements, including assessments and execution
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and employee interviews to align on goals and progress AI adoption
• Build change management programs to drive workforce AI usage and achieve productivity gains

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in organizational consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise software deployments
• Strong technical knowledge of LLMs and AI capabilities related to workforce deployments
• Experience in deploying change management principles to achieve business outcomes
• Sales experience with consulting services and revenue responsibility
• Proven experience as an AI power user, incorporating AI into personal workflows
