AI Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

As an AI Transformation Partner, the full-time remote role will manage client relationships, drive AI transformation strategies, and ensure measurable business outcomes while collaborating with executive teams and internal delivery resources.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage client engagements from strategy development to delivery and outcomes
• Translate executive insights into actionable AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Identify expansion opportunities and facilitate AI steering committee meetings to ensure alignment on strategy and action items

Required qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic account management, management consulting, or professional services
• Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives and driving transformation initiatives
• Experience in a quota-carrying role with demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets
• Hands-on AI fluency and a deep understanding of business economics and strategic priorities
• Preferred experience advising clients on AI roadmap and implementation strategies
