Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI Transformational team to implement high-impact AI initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Serve as an internal AI champion, assessing business processes and developing actionable AI solutions
• Establish governance frameworks addressing AI-specific risks and collaborate with teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in transformation or technology roles
• Deep understanding of AI tools, large language models, and automation platforms
• Experience driving AI adoption initiatives in medium to large-scale organizations
• Demonstrated consulting experience with the ability to translate research findings into actionable initiatives
