A company is looking for a Transformation and AI Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global matrixed team to drive tools and automation strategy and prioritize business cases
• Ensure quality and efficiency of processes and technologies before introduction to delivery teams
• Accountable for engineering and industrializing new processes, as well as auditing and updating current ones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in data center engineering and large-scale deployment programs
• Knowledge of the telecom industry and operational challenges
• Experience with global delivery models and offshore/nearshore units
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones
