Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, change leadership, consulting, or digital enablement roles
• Practical understanding of GenAI, automation, and workflow redesign
• Proven experience in linking technology adoption to business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in business, transformation, information systems, or a related field; master's or MBA preferred
• Certifications such as Prosci, Scrum, or PMP are beneficial
