• Practical understanding of GenAI, automation, and workflow redesign
• Experience in linking technology adoption to revenue and efficiency improvements
• Bachelor's degree in business, transformation, information systems, or related field; master's or MBA preferred
• Certifications such as Prosci, Scrum, or PMP are beneficial
