AI Transformation Lead

Job Summary

To drive AI initiatives across business functions, the full-time AI Transformation Lead will solve business problems using AI tools, identify and prototype use cases, and ensure effective implementation of AI solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Solve business problems by applying AI and no-code tools daily
• Identify, prioritize, and prototype use cases, bringing them to a working state
• Define and manage metrics for the effectiveness of AI implementations across the organization

Required qualifications

• Experience applying AI/LLM to solve real-world business problems
• Hands-on experience with LLM and AI tools, including automation and orchestration
• Strong understanding of business metrics such as P&L and customer metrics
• Ability to independently identify use cases and implement solutions without development involvement
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
