Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time AI Transformation Lead, this role will define and operationalize artificial intelligence across the enterprise by partnering with business leaders to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate business workflows into AI-enabled solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and technology-enabled process transformation
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/automation solutions in a business setting
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to map complex workflows
• Working knowledge of modern AI tools and data analysis skills (SQL, Python)
