AI Transformation Lead

Job Summary

To drive large-scale AI workflow adoption in enterprise retail organizations, the full-time AI Transformation Lead will partner with design, merchandising, and product development teams to operationalize best practices and guide customers through AI-enabled transformation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in the platform and workflows, focusing on design, merchandising, and product development use cases
• Partner with enterprise customers to operationalize AI across creative and production workflows, identifying high-performing practices
• Drive AI transformation initiatives and create documentation, enablement materials, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fashion technology, enterprise SaaS, or AI workflow consulting
• Deep understanding of retail, fashion, or product development workflows
• Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and creative workflows
• Experience in driving operational change management within large organizations
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence diverse stakeholders
