AI Transformation Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time AI Transformation Lead, the successful candidate will define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy, manage AI initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI solutions that deliver measurable business value, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and identify high-impact use cases
• Own the AI initiative portfolio, prioritizing and resourcing projects to ensure scalability and practicality
• Translate business challenges into AI opportunities and lead pilots from concept to production with measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in strategy, product, data, technology, or consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including generative AI and data-driven systems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at the executive level
• Experience establishing governance frameworks for transparency, security, and regulatory compliance
