AI Transformation Lead Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Agentic Principal Lead Consultant will drive the integration of AI into operational workflows, facilitate discovery processes, and manage change initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to embed AI into real operating workflows across various functions
• Map current-state processes, quantify pain points, and define success metrics for AI initiatives
• Lead change management efforts, including training and coaching teams to enhance AI literacy and adoption

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in internal consulting, business operations, or solutions architecture
• Software engineering experience with 4+ years of delivering internal AI-native tools to production
• Experience establishing an internal AI program or workflow automation center of excellence
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
