AI Transformation Leader

Job Summary

Leading the AI transformation agenda for the Grid Systems Integration business, the full-time AI Transformation Leader will collaborate with the COO and Business Line Leader to define AI strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across the organization, while managing a small team and working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define the AI vision and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead the execution of AI initiatives from identification to deployment, managing a balanced portfolio of short- and long-term projects
• Drive operational improvements and value creation through AI and advanced analytics, tracking KPIs for measurable impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Significant experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, analytics, or program leadership
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, automation, and digital technologies applicable to business challenges
• Experience leading small teams and working effectively in a matrix organization
