AI Transformation Leader
Job Summary
To position the company as a strategic AI transformation thought partner, the full-time AI Transformation Leader will engage with C-suite executives, develop AI transformation roadmaps, and operationalize transformation objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep relationships with C-suite leaders and strategic partners to co-create AI Transformation Roadmaps
- Lead the successful execution of transformation objectives by partnering with customer teams and the FDE team
- Establish an Expert Advisory Council of recognized external C-suite leaders to provide strategic guidance on AI transformation capabilities
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in digital/AI transformation within enterprises, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation mandates
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with enterprise C-suite executives
- Deep, practical knowledge of AI transformation challenges and solutions in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology
- Experience in developing and implementing operating models to support transformation initiatives
- Technical expertise to inform transformation objectives and establish credibility with technical leaders
