Key Responsibilities

• Identify impactful AI use cases and develop bespoke AI-powered tools for various organizational functions
• Support organization-wide AI transformation initiatives, including training and vendor management
• Document built tools and contribute to the understanding of the evolving AI development landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in software or AI tool development
• Practical fluency with software engineering tools and practices, including version control and automated testing
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools, particularly large language models and their enterprise applications
• Proven experience in taking AI or software tools from concept to production
• Strong organizational instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to the mission of global health
