AI Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and innovative, the full-time remote AI Transformation Manager will lead AI-driven process improvements across operations, collaborating with teams to develop a comprehensive modernization roadmap and empower employees in AI literacy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities
• Develop and implement an AI modernization roadmap based on strategic importance
• Educate employees on AI tools and foster AI literacy throughout the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading AI or digital transformation initiatives in operationally intensive environments
• Deep operational knowledge of procurement, logistics, customer service, and field operations
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, including workflow automation and analytics
• Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and partners for technology projects
• Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple initiatives across functions
