AI Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic remote team, the full-time AI Transformation & Operations Innovation Manager will focus on driving AI-driven process improvements across operations and supporting organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities
• Develop a comprehensive AI modernization roadmap based on impact and strategic importance
• Educate employees at all levels on AI tools and foster AI literacy throughout the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives in operationally intensive environments
• Deep operational knowledge of procurement, logistics, customer service, and field operations
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, including workflow automation platforms and analytics
• Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and partners for large technology projects
• Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple initiatives across various functions
