AI Transformation Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and identify operational challenges
• Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value
• Develop business blueprints that define requirements and workflows for proposed AI-enabled solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements
• Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops with stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
